ISM Fair in Cologne:  Meet The “Gourmet Garage” on our fair booth

The ISM fair ist the right and important moment to get to know us. The International Confectionery and Snack Industry is coming together at ISM 2024 in cologne, Germany (28.–31.01.2024).

We will present 54 of our “made in Gourmet garage” Pastry Products. Under the brand “Gourmet Bakery” we offer a variety of products. Sweet, savoury, traditionally delicious. Our own new- “Cool Istanbul” – spins of crunchy classics as well as our own creations.

Whether simply delicious, halal, vegetarian or plant-based / vegan, we can bake it.

Why you should meet us at the ISM?

01 Wholesale / Supermarket Chains

We are looking for real partners. Not only for sales, but to successfully offer high-quality premium products and 100% authentic products from Istanbul together. In addition to our “Gourmet Bakery” food products, we also offer deep frozen products for the hotel industry, gastronomy, events and retail.

02 Retailers / Ethnic Food Shops:

We would like to inspire you with our GOURMET GARAGE / GOURMET BAKERY products and – of course – we would like to supply you. If there is already a wholesaler in your area, we will prioritise your offer requests with him. However, we are – from now on – also with our own EU branch on site ( Gourmet Bakery, Bremen, Germany ), where German, Turkish, English are currently spoken.

03 White label / private label production:

We offer the individual production of private labels as well as white label productions. By the way, we are already successfully supplying franchises with bakery products, frozen products and fresh products.
